Indian Tree of Life
My Tree of Life, inspired by a 17th century Indian chola bronze. At the centre of my painting is the image of the Snake, a positive representation of the life force itself. The Tree of Life is a universal symbol and stands at the centre of all things, at the place where the manifest universe springs into being.
